Singapore Office Service Engineer 

Job Description:
• Hands-on repair of
           o Industrial vacuum pumps, including: troubleshoot, appraise, service-repair, overhaul, maintenance, install, test
           o Low temp refrigeration systems & precision chillers, including: troubleshoot, appraise, service-repair, maintenance, install, test
• Prepare service & appraisal reports and correspondence with customer, suppliers
• Communicate & manage customer’s expectations
• Take initiative in improving work processes & developing new methods, procedures, approaches to problem solving
• Promote safety, assist in improving and ensuring workplace safety
• Continuously improve own product & technical knowledge, competence and skill

Requirements:
• Professional Certificate (e.g. NITEC / Diploma) in any of the hard sciences
• MUST: Between 2 to 5 years of postgraduate industry and hands-on experience in workshop service, repair, & overhaul of major brands of
industrial vacuum pumps (wet & dry), e.g. Edwards, Leybold, Busch, Pfeiffer, Adixen, Ulvac
• Computer literate with knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint
• Able to communicate effectively in English
• Must be willing to work overtime, be on Standby 24/7 (rotation), and travel overseas
